Provisional reservations can be accepted by telephone and must be confirmed within 5 days of our receipt of a completed booking form and a £350 security deposit. This being held against any charges incurred as a result of any breach by the tenants of the conditions. Such as breakages, damages, additional cleaning. Where no liability for charges is incurred the security deposit will be returned. You will be responsible for any damage done to the property and its contents by yourselves, your guests or your pets.

When a provisional booking has been confirmed the tenant is responsible for the total rent and is due for payment 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For a booking made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total amount is due, to include full rental and security deposit.

The contact shall be between the hirer and the property owner for which the booking is made and shall be deemed to be made subject of these conditions of hire.

Any complaints regarding the condition regarding the accommodation or any shortage or defects, should be reported by 5.00pm on monday after arrival.

The property owner cannot accept responsibility for injury to tenants, their guests or third parties, loss or damage to their belongings, any vehicle or its contents.

Tenants may collect keys after 2.30pm on the Saturday of arrival to the property and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

The hirer must not sublet or share the accommodation except with persons named on the booking form and must not exceed the number of occupiers on the booking form. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund if the then number of occupiers is exceeded (at our discretion) to make additional charge.

All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday

The tenancy created by this agreement is a holiday Let within paragraph 9 of part 1 to schedule of the Housing Act 1988.
